Annual General Meeting - April 26, 2024

Call for Nominations
Nominations for the 2023/2024 school year are now CLOSED.  All positions are open annually, and our next AGM is scheduled for Friday April 26, 2024, at the Banff Park Lodge.  (3:30 pm Approx.)

You may nominate yourself or someone you know for these positions once they have affirmed that they will accept the nomination. Please complete and return nomination forms to Mr. Chris McCullough - chris.mccullough.teacher@gmail.com no later than Friday March 29, 2024 @ 11:59 PM.

Members should review the MYC Handbook to review the job duties and role descriptions prior to nomination.

The MYC executive meets 4-5 times each school year, sometimes in person or by video conference. Your commitment would be to attend these meetings and fulfill the duties of the role. All expenses to attend and do the role are covered. Executive members are supported to attend the annual conference in recognition of their volunteer service.

MYC strives to serve and represent its members to the best of our ability, so your presence at the AGM does make a difference. Please plan to attend.
I look forward to seeing you there,

Jeremy Spink
President of MYC
